Larry C. Adkins, 56 years of Peebles, died Monday, May 7, 2001 at his residence.
He was born at Cincinnati, OH on May 2, 1945 the son of the late Cecil and Laura Kerr Adkins.
He was an employee of the Keebler Cookie Company and a US Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife Helen Burgett Adkins of Peebles, Ohio, three sons and daughters-in-law, Larry Adkins of Prestonburg, Kentucky, Robert and Christina Frost of Loveland, Ohio, Willie and Monica Frost of Georgetown, Ohio, two daughters and sons-in-law, Sue and Chris Thompson of Rarden, Ohio, Valerie and Roger Lance of Crothersville, Indiana, one brother, Michael Adkins of Williamsburg, Ohio, two sisters, Shirley Neidich of Goshen, Ohio, Diane Baird of Mt. Washington, Ohio and eleven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2001 at 1:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman with Pastor Darryl McCoy and Rev. Roger Lance officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Leigh Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home.
Family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
