Larry J. Bobb, 60 years of Winchester, died Thursday, September 30, 2004 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
He was born in Bainbridge, Ohio on March 27, 1944 the son of James and Geneva Morris Bobb.
He attended the Church of Christ in Christian Union.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sam and Nina Bumgarner Bobb and Verna Thomas and Emma Cox Morris.
He was united in marriage on November 1, 1975 to Kay Sharon Helterbrand Bobb, who survives. He is also survived by his father and mother, James and Geneva Bobb of Hillsboro, father-in-law, Donald Helterbrand of Hillsboro, brother, Tom Bobb of Cincinnati, sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Spencer Burgess of Leesburg, two nieces, Jenny Todd Baker, Jill Scott Hasselbach, one nephew, Spencer Myra Burgess, II, two great nieces, Emma and Julliana Hasselbach, and two great nephews, Jacob and Spencer, III Burgess.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 4, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Don Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 2:00 till 5:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Charity of Choice.
