Larry Joe Copeland, 74 years of Peebles, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at his residence.
He was born in Adams County, Ohio on August 7, 1935 the son of the late Stanley and Ruth Williams Copeland.
Larry was a member of the Beech Fork Church for many years.
He is survived by his wife Judy Brewer Copeland of Peebles; whom he married on June 27, 1959, two sons and daughters-in-law; Kirby and Melissa Copeland of Peebles and Kelly and Melissa Copeland of Palm City, Florida, daughter and son-in-law Kathy and Bill White of Peebles, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Beech Fork Church with Debbie Baer officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
Memorials may be made to Beech Fork Church.
