Larry Haver, 69 years of Seaman, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at his residence.
He was born in Baltic, Ohio on July 22, 1939 the son of the late Charles and Lillian Bontregger Haver.
Larry was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Charles Dennis Haver and one sister Becky Endlick.
He is survived by his companion Wilma Sparks of Seaman, three daughters and sons-in-law; Rhonda and Carl Day of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Tami and Terry Polen of New Philadelphia, Ohio, and Ruth and Tracey Ackerman of New Albany, Indiana, two brothers; Don Haver of Alliance, Ohio and Paul Haver of New Philadelphia, Ohio, two sisters; Gladys Harrison of New Philadelphia, Ohio and Pauline Lanzer of New Philadelphia, Ohio, eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. at Community Baptist Church in Dover, Ohio with Pastor Andy McClung officiating. Burial will follow in Stone Creek Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel in Seaman and on Sunday from 1:00 till 3:00 P.M. at Community Baptist Church in Dover, Ohio.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Hope, 215 Hughes Blvd. Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154.
