Laura Alice Humphrey, 94 years of Latham, died Monday June 23, 2014 at her residence.
She was born September 12, 1919 in Octa, OH., the daughter of the late Glen Mason and Bertha Hyer Rankin. Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Vora Lee Humphrey on May 12, 1978; three sons Ronald Lee Humphrey, George Steven Humphrey, Mark Mason Humphrey; daughter-in-law Betty Humphrey; several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by three sons James Humphrey, William Linda Humphrey, Bruce Humphrey all of Latham; daughter-in-law Roberta Jean Humphrey of Peebles; 19 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 27, 2014 at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring.
Rev. Tom Pfeifer will officiate with burial to follow in the Washburn Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
