Laura Grace Stephenson

Laura Grace Stephenson, 89 years of Peebles, died Sunday, February 23, 2003 at the Austin Manor in Peebles.
She was born in Peebles, Ohio on February 16, 1914 the daughter of the late Hamer and Pearl Black Greene.
She was a member of the Peebles Church of Christ, was a retired school teacher having taught in the Peebles Local School District.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edgar Stephenson, who passed away on May 30, 1990, two sisters, and five brothers.
She is survived by one son Roger Stephenson of Cincinnati, two grandchildren, Mike and Reneé, and three great grandchildren, Michelle, Brian, and Madison.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of Christ with Bill Christman officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles. The body will lie in state on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until time of service at the Peebles Church of Christ.
