Lawrence Henson Creamer

Lawrence Henson Creamer, 89 years of Hillsboro, died Friday, January 11, 2008 at his residence.
He was born April 24, 1918 in Highland County, the son of the late Marion Otis and Mary Kathryn Evans Creamer.
Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Jane Dillon.
Lawrence was a member of the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene, a retired carpenter, an Army Veteran serving his Country during W.W. II. He was a 1938 graduate of Hillsboro High School.
On December 13, 1947, he was united in marriage to Margaret Morris Creamer who survives. Also surviving is a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Rebecca Ann Creamer of Hillsboro, a daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Len Koogler of Williamsburg, three grandchildren, Corina Koogler, Kandice Creamer and Stephanie Creamer, two nieces, and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M., Monday, January 14, 2008 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Rev. Tom Zile will officiate with burial to follow in the Mowrystown Cemetery with Military Graveside Rites conducted by the Highland County Guard.
Friends may call Monday from 12:00 P.M. until service time at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
