Lee Evans, 84 years of Winchester, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
He was born in West Liberty, Kentucky on February 21, 1926 the son of the late Leslie and Ida Mae Havens Evans.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by five brother and two sisters.
Lee attended the United Church of God in Cincinnati.
He is survived by his wife Christine Vance Evans of Winchester, son and daughter-in-law; Gary W. and Carline Sue Evans of Seaman, son Donnison Evans of Cherry Fork, one daughter and son-in-law; Katondria and James Danley of Rockwood, Michigan, two brothers; O.P. Evans of West Liberty, Kentucky and Buster Evans of Chicago, Illinois, nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel in Seaman with Elder Ed Smith officiating. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite
charity.
