Lena L. Lewis, 97 years of Grayson, Georgia, formerly of Seaman, died Saturday, June 26, 2004.
She was born at Seaman, Ohio on August 12, 1906 the daughter of the late William and Eliza Ivers Carroll.
She was a member of the Seaman United Methodist Church, Seaman American Legion Auxiliary, Life member of the Adams County Ohio Historical Society, Co-Owner of Lewis & Son Funeral Home and Lewis & Son Dry Good for several years.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Glen Lewis on July 2, 1981, and one son John Rogers Lewis.
She is survived by one son and daughter/law, Bill and Diane Lewis of Winchester, two daughters and sons/law, Kathryn and Bertram Berman of Manchester, Joyce and Robert Williamson of Grayson, Georgia, one daughter/law Judy Lewis of Manchester, fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and several
nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. at the Seaman United Methodist Church with Ken Johnson and Steve Darby officiating.
Burial will follow in the Mt. Leigh Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman.
Memorials may be made to the Seaman United Methodist Church, 63 Broadway, Seaman, Ohio 45679
