Lois B. West, 84 years of Seaman, died Thursday, May 30, 2002 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on January 23, 1918 the daughter of the late Gilbert and Mary Kennedy Smiley.
She was a member of the Seaman Church of Christ and the Seaman Church of Christ Ladies Aid.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Elmo Baldwin, her second husband, Glenn West, who passed away on December 20, 1997, one son, Bob Baldwin, and one brother, Gerald Smiley.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bill R. and Peggy Baldwin of Seaman, daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Paul Hord of Seaman, two grandchildren, Rodney Hord of Seaman, Patrick Ruth Ann Baldwin of West Union, two nephews, and one niece.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the Seaman Church of Christ with Ernest Barrett officiating. Burial will follow in the Tranquility Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman.
Memorials may be made to the Seaman Church of Christ Building Fund, 300 Broadway, Seaman, OH 45679.
