Lonnie L. Catron, 60 years of North Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of the Sugartree Ridge Community, died Thursday, May 30, 2002 at his residence.
He was born in Corbin, Kentucky on May 14, 1942 the son of the late Arthur and Dora Williams Catron.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Marie Williams, and his son-in-law, John R. Shaffer.
He is survived by his wife, Helen F. Lewis Catron of North Fort Myers, Florida, who he married in 1961, two sons and daughters-in-law, Lonnie Jeffrey and Laura Catron of Hillsboro, Christopher Michael and Cindy Catron of New Richmond, daughter, Kimberley Shaffer of Hillsboro, brother, Verlin Catron of Texas, sister, Ozella McHarve of Indiana, six grandchildren, Johnny Shane Shaffer, Brandy Heather Shaffer, Ashley Catron, Jacob Catron, Chase Catron, Ciarra Catron, and one great grandchild, Hailey Breann.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. at the Sugartree Ridge Cemetery with Bill Christman officiating.
Burial will follow in the Sugartree Ridge Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
