Lora E. Hughes, 95 years of Winchester, died Sunday, June 18, 2006 at the Ohio Valley Manor in Ripley.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on July 14, 1910 the daughter of the late Jasper and Blanche Reid Eyler.
She was a member of the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union and the Adams County Senior Citizens.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Hughes, who passed away on September 19, 1984, one son, Charles Bailey, two brothers, Ray and Wayne Eyler, and one great grandson.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Thelma and Edgar Link of Winchester, Juanita and Larry Davidson of Hillsboro, sisters-in-law, Virginia Eyler of Arizona, Opal Eyler of Ripley, eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and ten great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Jun 21, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester with Rev. Dan Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in the Cherry Fork Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 1:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home.
