Loree Tumbleson , 85 years of Hillsboro died Wednesday July 18, 2012.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on September 28, 1926 the daughter of the late William and Una Simmons Wylie. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jesse William Tumbleson who died on December 22, 1995, one brother Howard Wylie and two sisters, Velma West and Mary Baldwin.
Loree was a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ, worked at G.C. Murphy's for 13 years and was a private home caregiver for many years.
She is survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Irene and Duane Michael of Hillsboro and Wandalee and Eddie Moore of Winchester, Ohio; six nieces, Kay JohnNaylor, Wanda Marion Foster, Marie Hopkins, Wahnita Bill Anderson, Mernita Crawford, Patty John Chambers; seven nephews, Ervin Margaret West, Charles Nancy Baldwin, Marvin Patty Baldwin, Phillip Baldwin, Richard Burgess, Wayne Kim Burgess, James Michael; and a host of friends.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday July 24, 2012 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. John Porter will officiate with burial to follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday, July 23, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home.
