Loren M. Kersey, 70 of Hillsboro, died Friday. He was born at Greenfield, OH on February 07, 1931 the son of the late Virgil W. and Frances M. Kersey.
He was preceded in death by a step daughter, Debra Myers.
He was a self employed retail Furniture Business, retired U.S. Navy veteran, Viet Nam Era, 22 year member of the Fleet Reserve Association.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Joanna Davis Kersey, daughter and son-in-law, Katherine Kersey and Tom Paris of FL, son Michael Kersey of Xenia, daughter and son-in-law, Katherine and Tom Paris of FL, four step sisters, Beverly, Carol, Jan & Jean, 4 grandchildren, John, Joey, Monica, & Michelle, 2 great grandchildren, Sarah & Seth.
Services will be Wednesday, June 27, 2001, 2:00 P.M., Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Burial in Resthaven Memory Gardens
with military graveside services coducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Visitation Tuesday evening, 6:00-9:00 P.M. at funeral home.
Memorials to the American Heart Association.
