Louis Lenkey

Louis Lenkey, 91 years of West Union formerly of Peebles, died Tuesday, October 1, 2002 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
He was born in Romania on August 10, 1911 the son of the late George and Emma Lenkey.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Sophia Lenkey.
He was an Army Air Corp veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by two brothers, Bill Lenkey of Columbus, George Lenkey of Columbus, and two sisters, Sophia Fauris of Columbus, and Betty Fishking of Columbus.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles. Burial will follow in the Dayton National Cemetery on Friday.
Friends may call on Thursday from 12:00 till 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
