Louise D. Johnson, 80 years of New Vienna, died Sunday, March 2, 2008 at Highland District Hospital.
She was born in Seaman, Ohio on June 7, 1927 the daughter of the late Glatis and Mae Dodds Aldridge.
Louise was a member of the Mt. Olive Church of Christ.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Eugene Johnson on May 18, 1989. Three daughters Ruth Anne McNeil, Alma Lee Shaper, and Doris Jean Johnson. Two brothers John Aldridge, and Dale Aldridge. Two sisters Frances Allender and Ruth Douglas.
She is survived by daughter Mae Lunsford of Hillsboro, OH. One son-in-law James R. Shaper, Sr. of New Vienna, OH. Two brothers Charles Aldridge of St. Paris, OH, and Glatis Aldridge, Jr. of Sabina, OH. Seven grandchildren Amy Patton of Hillsboro, OH, Charlie Lunsford of Pebbles, OH, Cindy Brian Nicely, of Sardinia, OH, Tammy Lunsford of Hillsboro, OH, Nancy L. Steve Fender of New Vienna, OH, James R. Shaper, Jr. of Lynchburg, OH, Jeannette Puckett of Hillsboro, OH, twenty-three great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 6:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, Ohio with Danny Dodds officiating.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 4:00 till 6:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
