Lucille E. "Lucy" Tigner, 66 years of Hillsboro, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023.
Lucy was born February 19, 1956 in Clinton County, OH., the daughter of the late Kenneth and Betty (Schuchman) Fetters. Beside her parents, Lucy was preceded in death by one brother, Steve Fetters.
Lucy is survived by one son, Shaun Tigner of Hillsboro; two grandchildren, Damien Tigner, Conner Tigner, one step grandchild, Elena Cappeletti; one sister, Martha Fetters and Shaun's father, Bobby Tigner.
