Lucy Hoop, 91 years of Seaman, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at Adams County Manor.
She was born in Manchester, Ohio on June 12, 1921 the daughter of the late Glen and Bessie Owens.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Hoop, who passed away on December 1, 1987 and three sons; Robert, Donald, and Richard Hoop.
She is survived by one son; Red Hoop of Seaman, three daughters and sons-in-law; Delores Combs of Dayton, Mary and Morris LeFevere of Knoxville, and Sandy and Larry Combess of Winchester, 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren.
Cremation is to take place with memorial services to be scheduled at a later date.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
