She was born in Georgetown, Ohio on August 26, 2008.
She is survived by her parents Dusty and Andrea Chamblin of Seaman, maternal grandparents Bill and Marla K. Ladd of Winchester, maternal great grandparents Barbara and Edgar Williams of Seaman, maternal great grandmother Billie Grooms of Seaman, maternal great grandmother Fran Ladd of Loveland, Ohio, paternal grandparents Howard and Connie Chamblin of Winchester, paternal great grandparents Tom and Jean Moore of Cold Springs, Kentucky, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 4:00 P.M. at the Mt. Leigh Cemetery in Seaman with Rob Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 3:00 till 4:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel in Seaman.
