Mabel Ford, 98 years of Peebles, died Saturday, August 11, 2007 at the Adams County Manor.
She was born in Adams County on July 1, 1909 the daughter of the late Home and Alice Smith Ford.
She was a member of the Peebles Church of Christ and Peebles Senior Citzens.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Arnold Ford in 1947, three brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by one son and daughter/law, Jim and Betty Ford of Peebles, three daughters and son/law, Louise Mason of Peebles, Violet and Bob Ryan of Peebles, Ann Singer of Peebles, eleven grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at the convenience of the family with Ken Back officiating. Buiral will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday evening from 4:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
