Mabel Hayton

Mabel (Coleman) Hayton, 72 years of New Vienna, passed away on Monday June 25, 2018 at the Bethesda North Hospital. She was born in Majestic, KY on February 1, 1946, the daughter of the late Amos and Carrie (Cline) Coleman.
In addition to her parents she is preceded by her husband, Darryl Lee Hayton, daughter, Sharon Lee Hayton, daughter-in-law, Mary Hayton, two brothers, Sherman and Emzie Colman, half-brother, Acie Prater and three sisters, Marie Wolford, Judy Ferrell and Geraldine Blankenship.
Mabel worked at Weastec in Hillsboro until she retired. She loved shopping for deals and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She attended the Common Ground Community Church.
She is survived by one son, Donald Martin Hayton of Hardy, KY, two daughters, Terra Lynne (Charles) Davis of New Vienna and Stephanie (Richard) Hayton of Hillsboro, three grandchildren, Steven Lee Hayton, Megan Pleshette Davis and Jeremy Martin Hayton, two great grandchildren, Justin Lee Hayton and Carter James Hayton (Cartwheel), three brothers, Roy Coleman of Columbus, John Cecil Coleman of Logan, WV and Larry Coleman of Columbus, two sisters, Onita Hall of Frankfort, KY and Patricia Coleman of Frankfort, KY and a host of loving nieces, nephews family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be 6:00 PM on Thursday June 28, 2018 at the Thompson Funeral Home.
Friends may call from 5:00 Pm until time of services on Thursday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
