Marevia Cregor, 85 of Hillsdale, MI passed away Monday, July 21, 2014 at her home.
She was born August 6, 1928 in Flemingsburg, Kentucky to Harmon and Spicy Moore Newsom.
Marevia married Harold Cregor on August 19, 1945 and he survives.
Marevia retired from Vaco Products and was a member of the Church of Christ in Coldwater. She volunteered for the Alpha Omega Center and she enjoyed gardening, canning and reading her Bible.
In addition to her husband, Marevia is survived by three daughters, Sue Steve Hayes of Jacksonville, FL, Karen Randy Gow of Hillsdale, MI and Cindy Allen Flaugher of Jonesville, MI; two sons, Jon Rhonda Cregor of Beaumont, TX and Jeff Michelle Cregor of Jacksonville, FL; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Marevia was preceded in death by her parents and 13 siblings.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 4:00 PM at Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel in Seaman. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mt. Leigh Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Alpha Omega Center, Hospice of Hillsdale or St. Judes.
