Margaret M. Bash, 79 years of Hillsboro, died Monday, December 16, 2002 at the Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro.
She was born in Kenova, West Virginia on December 12, 1923 the daughter of the late Thurman C. and Florence Wheeler Williams.
She retired from the I.R.S. where she was a tax examiner. She was a member of the Northview Baptist Church.
She was united in marriage on July 25, 1942 to Ronald William Bash, who passed away on June 25, 2001. Also preceding her in death was one son-in-law, Gene Hatfield, two sisters, Dorothy Peerine, Avonale Looney, and two brothers, John C. Parsley, and Lyle Parsley.
She is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Linda Bash of Clarksville, Arkansas, Lon A. and Nancy Bash of Columbus, Ohio, Jan R. and Kathy Bash of Lynchburg, Ohio, Glenn M. Bash of St. Petersburg, Florida, one daughter, Cheryl A. Hatfield of Lexington, Kentucky, three brothers, James Parsley of California, Lafe Parsley of Kentucky, Bill Parsley of Ohio, one sister, Ruth Swan of West Virginia, seven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the Northview Baptist Church in Hillsboro with Brother Jeffrey Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in the Barker Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro and on Thursday from 1:00 till 1:30 P.M. at the Northview Baptist Church.
