Margurite Ridenour

Margurite Ridenour, 87 years of Peebles, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2009 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Ontario, Canada on December 12, 1921 the daughter of the late Octave and Emma Niederhauser Leguillon.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Ridenour who passed away in 1980.
Margurite was a member of the Peebles Church of Christ for many years.
She is survived by her daughter Carol Copas of Peebles, brother Edward Leguillon of Loveland, three sisters; Betty Maratos of Cincinnati, Renee Rooks of Covington, and Suzanne Grant of New York, three grandchildren; Patricia Stewart, Jon Copas, and Matt Copas, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mrs. Ridenour was an anatomical gift to further medical research and memorial services will be scheduled at a later date; the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Peebles Library or the Peebles Life Squad.
