Margurite Leguillon-Ridenour, 87 years of Peebles, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2009 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Ontario, Canada on December 12, 1921 the daughter of the late Octave and Emma Niederhauser Leguillon.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Ridenour, who passed away in 1980.
She is survived by her daughter Carol Copas of Peebles, brother Edward Leguillon of Loveland, three sisters; Betty Maratos of Cincinnati, Renee Rooks of Covington, and Suzanne Grant of New York, granddaughter and husband Patricia and Christopher Stewart, grandson and wife Jon and Amber Copas, grandson Matthew Copas, great grandchildren; Hannah Stewart and Ryken and Kelden Copas, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of Christ with Jim Chandler officiating.
Family and friends will gather in the church fellowship hall for one hour after the service; the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
