Mariam J. Roettele, 77 years of Peebles, died Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at the Locust Ridge Nursing Center in Williamsburg.
She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 22, 1929 the daughter of the late Alfred and Mariam Hoobler Krentz.
She was a member of the Peebles Young Farmers.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Roettele, who passed away on March 23, 2001.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Shirley Roettele of Milford, Al and Denise Roettele of Peebles, Steve Roettele of Peebles, daughters and son-in-law, Rita Moseley of Lebanon, Susan and Gary Perdue of Peebles, Barbara Trisdale of Williamsburg, sisters, Jodie Krentz of Covington, Mary Margaret Kukanis of Cincinnati, twelve grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2006 at 3:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
Friends may call on Saturday from 1:00 till 3:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
