Marianna Gall

Marianna Gall, 91 of Carroll, Ohio formerly of Baltimore, Ohio went to be with her heavenly Father on Saturday April 18, 2015 at Rockmill Rehabilitation Center surround by her family. Marianna attended the Church of Christ all of her life where she was the organist for most of those years. Marianna was born December 30, 1923 in Highland County to Edgar and Mozelle (Cadwallader) Bloom.
In the early '50's Marianna moved to the Carroll - Baltimore area where she lived the remainder of her life. Marianna was a wonderful Mother to her four children, and was so proud to be a fifth generation grandmother. Marianna was everyone's friend and favorite relative. She loved spending time with her family and attending church. One of Marianna's joys in life was volunteering at the Liberty Union Elementary school where she helped with the reading program. She was also seamstress, liked to crochet and complete cross word puzzles on a daily basis.
Marianna is survived by her sons Dan (Tanis) Gall, Baltimore, Ted (Cheryl) Gall, Gahanna. Grandchildren Dannette (Kevin) Maddux, Lori (Russell) Blevins, Baltimore, Patti (Kerry) York, Canal Winchester, Angela Smith, Lancaster, Tim Gall, Columbus. 10 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren. A sister Naomi Newhouse, Dayton, several nieces and nephews, a daughter and special friends Jim and Judy Keller and friends at Rockmill Rehabilitation Center. A special thank you goes the staff of Rockmill Rehabilitation Center and of FairHope Hospice for their love and care of Marianna.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Anthony Gall, a sister Sara Jean Higgins.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday April 22, 2015 at the Thompson Funeral Home with John Porter officiating. Burial will follow at Hamer Township Cemetery.
Friends may call at 12:00 P.M. until time of service on Wednesday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
