Marilyn K. Rhoads, 64 years of Burgoon, OH., passed away on Tuesday March 25, 2014 at her residence.
She was born in Hillsboro, OH. on August 7, 1949, the daughter of the late Carmon and Sarah Edna Locke Huddleston. Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by four sisters, Edith Wright, Lois Jean Shinkle, Bonnie Throckmorton and Carolyn Rhoads.
On August 21, 1967 she was united in marriage to Kenneth W. Rhoads Sr. who survives; son Kenneth W. Rhoads Jr. of Burgoon, OH; daughters Tina Rhoads of Burgoon and Edna Northcutt of Bradner, OH; brother and sister in law, Carmon & Marilyn Huddleston of Lynchburg, OH; sister, Ruby Bowen of Hillsboro, OH; 6 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, 8 step grandchildren, 6 step great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 29. 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Burial will follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home.
