Marjorie D. Smith, 89 years of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, February 12, 2003 at the Salyer Adult Family Home in Hillsboro.
She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 6, 1913 the daughter of the late Frank J. and Dorothy M. Schuster Keck.
She was a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ and the Highland County Senior Citizens. She owned and operated Smith?s Market, retiring in 1975.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Smith, who passed away on July 8, 1968.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Jack W. and Karin Smith, Michael H. and Marsha Smith, and two grandchildren, David M. Sheri Smith, and Karie C. Smith all of Hillsboro.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 17, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with David Stokes officiating. Burial will follow in the Arlington Memorial Gardens in Cincinnati.
Friends may call on Monday from 10:00 till 11:00 A.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
