Mark Seaman

Mark Seaman, Sr., 87 years of Peebles, passed away Friday, April 30, 2010 at Ohio Veterans Home.
He was born in Peebles, Ohio on May 25, 1922 the son of the late Roy and Junia Garman Seaman.
Mark attended Peebles United Methodist Church, was a U.S. Marine Veteran, a member of the Peebles VFW, Disabled Veterans, Peebles Lions Club, and the Farm Bureau.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two sons; Mark Jr. and Jim Seaman.
He is survived by his wife Mildred Malone Seaman of Peebles, three sons and daughter-in-law; Bob of Peebles, PD of Chillicothe, and Dwight and Shelley Seaman of Peebles, one daughter and son-in-law; Claudia and Joe Ruggles of Springfield, one brother; Don Seaman of Texas, one sister; Mary Helen Reed of Peebles, and twelve grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles United Methodist Church with Steve Zinser officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery with military graveside services given by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Monday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles United Methodist Church.
The Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
