Mark Lee Simpson, 49 years of Hillsboro, died Thursday, March 22, 2007 at his residence.
He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 27, 1957 the son of the late Donald and Dixie Dwire Simpson.
He was a member of Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church and was an avid outdoorsman.
He was united in marriage on September 25, 1987 to Kimberly Steurer Simpson, who survives. He is also survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Dustin and Sarah Greene of Hillsboro, Lee and Jessica Simpson of Hillsboro, Brady Simpson of Hillsboro, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Cindy and Bob Ricketson of Trenton, Paula and Elmer Howard of Fairfield, brother-in-law, Gary Steurer of Kentucky, nieces, nephew, and host of friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church with Dr. Dan Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church.
Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church Camp Fund, 8080 State Route 124, Hillsboro, OH 45133.
