Mark A. Williamson, 44 years of Johnstown, OH died Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Mr. Carmel Hospital East Hospital in Columbus, OH.
He was born at Newark, Ohio on April 27, 1968 the son of Jessie R. Williamson of Hillsboro and Freda Johnson Williamson of Newark, OH.
Mark was a graduate of Souls Harbor Christian Academy and the University of Colorado. Mark was a Business Analysts for J. P. Morgan Chase at Polaris since 1992, he was an accomplished musician, businessman, craftsman and well traveled. Mark served his country in the U.S.Navy .
Besides his parents, Mark is survived by his brother, Jason Williamson of Newark; best friend Matthew King of Johnstown, OH; special aunt Alice Williamson of Lynchburg, Ohio; special cousins, Donnie, David, Julie, Lisa Jason, Eric & Kiefer; "Basset Hounds" Winchester, Nettie, Artie; several aunts, uncles, cousins & a host of friends.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Touch Point Pentecostals Church at 201 Park Avenue, Hillsboro, Ohio with Pastor Mark Ledbetter officiating. Burial will follow in the Westwood Cemetery with Military Graveside Rites conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 11:00 AM till time of service at 1:00 PM at the Touch Point Pentecostals Church.
The Thompson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
