Marvin Burns, 66 years of Peebles, passed away on Friday September 25, 2020.
He was born in Adams County on November 26, 1953, the son of the late John Raymond and Nora (Freeze) Burns. Besides his parents, he is also preceded by four brothers, James Leroy, Donald Forrest, Ralph Paul and Clarence Gerald Burns and four sisters, Mable Thompson, Pearl Williams, Vi Lynch and Mary Shirt.
Marvin is survived by his wife, Patty Burns, children, Matthew (Rhonda) Burns, Amy Jo and Jeff (Mary) Burns, 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, siblings, Russell Burns, Ruth Burns, Sharon Shields, Larry Burns, Jerry Burns, Wanda Warren, Floyd Burns and Roger Burns and a special friend, Timmy.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday October 1, 2020 at the Apostolic Deliverance Tabernacle. Burial will follow at the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 12:00 PM until time of services on Thursday October 1, 2020 at the church.
