Mary Helen Crackel, 74 years of West Union, died Sunday, January 6, 2002 at the Meadowview Regional Hospital in Maysville, KY.

She was born at Evansville, IN., on September 12, 1927 the daughter of Jesse and Hallie McKee Camfield.

She was a member of the Dunkinsville United Methodist Church, Church Women?s Association, Dunkinsville United Methodist Golden Circle Class, Ladies Aid Society and

had worked as Regional Manager for the Sperry and Hutchinson Company.

Beside her parents she was preceded in death by three sisters, Loraine Olberding, Ruby Wilson and Corrine Washburn.

She is survived by her husband Francis ?Jack? Crackel whom she had married on June 1, 1952, one son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Brenda Crackel of West Union, one brother

James Camfield of Winslow, IN, three sisters, Susie Miser of Robards, KY, Billie Rothschild of Evansville, IN, Goldie Wainman of of Evansville, IN, one step grandchild

Heather Blevins, one step great grandchild, Cindy, several nieces, nephews and a host

of good friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dunkinsville United Methodist Church under the direction of the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Pastor Steve Darby and Rev. Vic Potts officiating.

Friends may call on Tuesday 11:00 A.M. till service time at 2:00 P.M. at the Dunkinsville United Methodist Church.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. Central Standard Time at the Graceland Cemetery at Albion, IL.
