Mary Elaine Ellis
July 16, 1918 — June 22, 2006
Mary Elaine Ellis who passed from this life at her home on June 22, 2006 was the daughter of John H. and Texa Morgan, who predeceased her. Her favorite uncle and aunt Delbert and Ethel Williamson also predeceased her. In 1958 she was married to Elmer A. Ellis who died in 1975.
She was a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ.
Surviving her is her son, John Morgan Glaze of Hillsboro, step-daughter Ann Ellis Dan Johnson and step-granddaughter Corrie Johnson of Wilmington, several cousins and two dear friends as well as many others whose lives she touched.
Graveside services were held at the convenience of the family at the Coss Cemetery under the direction of the Thompson Funeral Home with John Porter officiating.
