Mary Jean Hogsett, 87 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Tuesday November 12, 2013 at her residence.
She was born in Pike County, Ohio on September 24, 1926, the daughter of the late James and Martha Ross White. Besides her parents she was also preceded by her first husband Eli A. Head, second husband Dr. Thomas E. Hogsett Sr. and three brothers, Henry "Bill" White, Thomas Ross White and George Patrick White.
Mary is survived by her son Joseph Susan McCoppin of Hillsboro, daughter Phyllis Anthony Garwatoski of Columbus, sister Ruby Skidmore of Hillsboro, brother James E. White of Lorain, OH, five grandchildren; Bryan Anna McCoppin, Jennifer Jeff Dunlap, Todd Christy McCoppin, April Smith and Timothy Becky Smith and eight great grandchildren; Kristina and Jonathon Stanfield, Wesley and Logan McCoppin, Eli Smith, Sydney Dunlap, Makayla and Cody McCoppin.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday November 16, 2013 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call at 11:00 A.M until time of service at the Thompson Funeral Home.
