Mary E. Kier, 82 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Thursday May 31, 2018 at the St. Catherine's Manor in Washington Court House.
She was born in Boston on July 13, 1935, the daughter of the late Robert and Lillian (West) Parshall. Besides her parents, she is also preceded by her husband, Kenneth Kier, Sr. on October 19, 2017, granddaughter, Kristie Harris, grandson, Mark Writsel and brother, James Parshall.
Mary is survived by one son, Kenneth Kier of Hillsboro; two daughters, Elaine (David Wristel and Karen Estep, both of Washington Court House; six grandchildren, Kenneth Dale Kier, Jesse Kier, Matthew Writsel, Toni Speakman, BJ Estep and Amy Frank, several great grandchildren.
Mary was a member of the Hillsboro First Baptist Church. Mary and her husband Kenneth owned and operated the Lucky Stop Antique Store in Hillsboro for 44 years.
On behalf of Mary's wishes, she is to be cremated.
