Mary Monroe McMillan, 75 years of Peebles, passed away Friday, October 30, 2009 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
She was born in Peebles, Ohio on July 14, 1934 the daughter of the late Lewis and Hazel McCoy Monroe.
She is survived by one son; Charlie McMillan of Piketon, one daughter and son-in-law; Tammy and Ed Legg of Piketon, two brothers; Robert Monroe of Peebles and Charlie Monroe of Hillsboro, one sister; Ruby Owens of Batavia, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Mike Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
