Mary Shoemaker, 78 years of Goshen, died Monday, November 11, 2002 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on December 20, 1923 the daughter of Alvin and Rosa Riley White.
She was a former member of the Peebles Lyons Club.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Roy B. Shoemaker on October 28, 1993.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Margaret and Bill Ross of Goshen, two brothers, Everett White of Rarden, Lane White of Peebles, one sister, Janie Shoemaker of Peebles, two grandsons, Tom and Dave Ross, two great grandchildren, Natalie and Kelley Ross, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Rodney Roark officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday evening from 5:00?7:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
