Mary Taggart, 88 years of Rarden, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Eagle Creek Nursing Home.
She was born in Scioto County, Ohio on February 5, 1924 the daughter of the late Perry and Pearl Crabtree Wilson.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters; Freda and Peach.
Mary attended Mt. Joy Christian Church.
She is survived by five sons and daughters-in-law; Roger and Darlene of Washington Court House, Ronnie and Cindy of Peebles, Elmer and Suzie of Otway, Garland of Washington Court House, and Dale and Sandy Fitzpatrick of Rarden, one daughter and son-in-law; Melody and Kenny Hieneman of Greenup, Kentucky, two brothers; Bob Wilson of North Carolina and Gene Wilson of Florida, three sisters; Ann of Florida, Bea of Florida, and Maxine of Tennessee, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Bob Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Joy Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
