Mary Catherine ?Kate? Walker, 78 years of Hillsboro, died Saturday February 1, 2003 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital.
She was born at Decatur, Ohio on April 3, 1924 the daughter of Earl and Ruth Ryan Thompson.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Martha Dunnagan, Marjorie VonDach and one brother James Thompson.
She is survived by her husband Clarence Walker whom she married on August 31, 1946, one son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Lori Walker of Jackson, two daughters and son-in-law, Sharon and George Gall of Hillsboro, Jenny Gall of Sherrard, Ill, three brothers,Robert Thompson of Lake Worth, Florida, William Loretta Thompson of Sinking Spring, Ronald Shirley Thompson of Grove City. Hilderbrandt. Katie and Kelly Hilderbrandt, Mindy Chad Willoughby, Erin and Brooke Walker, two great grandchildren, Chase Willoughby and Brayden Hilderbrandt, two step grandchildren, Emily and Mindy.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Larry Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairfax Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday evening from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
