Marybelle Upton, 100 years of Hillsboro, OH., formerly of Dayton died Tuesday June 16, 2015 at Bell Gardens Place.
She was born in Clermont County, OH., daughter of the late T.H. and Emma Belle (Manning) McQuitty. Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Elmer E. Upton, one sister Jewell Walker, one brother Clifford L. McQuitty, two nephews Donald Walker and Jerry McQuitty.
Marybelle retired from Wright Patterson Air Base, member of Grace United Methodist Church, Dayton Victory Chapter #594 O.E.S. and the Burroughs Club.
She is survived by two nephews, James (Phyllis) Walker and Larry (Diana) McQuitty both of Hillsboro; one niece Jean Ellen Coss of Huber Heights; several great and great great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday June 22, 2015 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Andrew Johnson will officiate with burial to follow in the New Market Baptist Cemetery.
Friends may call Monday from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Community Care Hospice or American Cancer Society.
