Maxine Pearl Crabtree

June 30, 1912 — March 25, 2003

Maxine Pearl Crabtree, 90 years of Dayton, died Tuesday, March 25, 2003 at the Crestview Manor in Dayton.

She was born in Fairfax, Ohio on June 30, 1912 the daughter of the late Curtis and Maggie Marlatt Hoop.

She was a former member of the Hillsboro F.O.E. Ladies Auxiliary Aerie #1161.

Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Ray Crabtree, who passed away on July 19, 1970, two step sons, James Crabtree, John Blount, and seven brothers and sisters.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Earl and Jean Crabtree of Dayton, Curtis and Diana Crabtree of Florida, three grandsons, Mark and Andy Crabtree of Dayton, William Curtis Crabtree of Lebanon, and brother, Wayne Hoop of Florida.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Larry Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the Auburn Cemetery.

Friends may call on Saturday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
