Melody Haines, age 47 of Peebles, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014.
She was born in West Union, Ohio on June 20, 1966.
She was preceded in death by her father Norman Clay.
She is survived by her mother Phyllis Allen of Peebles; one son, Michael Anthony Haines, Jr. of Florida; two daughters, Makala Haines of Findlay and Stephanie Horton of North Carolina; and one brother, Tom Clay of Peebles.
Gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles Life Squad Building with memorial service to follow at 1:00 P.M.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
