Michael David Skaggs, 75 years of Fairborn, passed away on Tuesday October 19, 2021.
He was born in Portsmouth on February 26, 1946, the son of the late William and Bertha Skaggs. Besides his parents, he is also preceded by four brothers.
Michael is survived by his sons, Michael Skaggs of Fairborn and Scott Skaggs of Cedarville, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.
On behalf of Michael's wishes, he is to be cremated.
