Michael Howard Worthington

Mike Worthington, 76 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Sunday May 12, 2019.
He was born in Springfield on July 10, 1942, the son of the late Willis and Hazel (Bartley) Worthington. Besides his parents, he is also preceded by his son, Neal Worthington, two brothers, William "Billy" and Steve Worthington and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Walter and Juanita Adams.
Mike served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was a life long member of the AM VETS #61.
Mike is survived by his wife, Debbi (Adams) Worthington, whom were married on August 17, 1989, two sons, Scott Adams of Lebanon and Mark Adams of Hillsboro, daughter, Melissa Moreland of Miamisburg, six grandsons, six granddaughters, two great granddaughters and one great grandson due in August, three brother-in-laws, two sister-in-laws, a best friend/brother, Earl Isaacs of Waynesville and a tribe of nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be 6:00 PM on Monday May 20, 2019 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Service's will conclude with the Highland County Honor Guard performing Military Rites.
Friends may call from 4:00 PM until time of services on Monday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
