Mildred M. Frump, 80 years of Wilmington, OH., died Thursday, September 4, 2008 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital.
Mildred was born May 17, 1928 in Highland County, OH., the daughter of the late Albert and Manotee Hopkins Crisenbery. Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Carol Storer and Betty Crisenbery.
Mildred was a member of the Samantha Friends Church, Highland County 4H Advisor for 30 years, Secretary of the Union Chapel Cemetery, worked at the Hercules Pants Factory in Hillsboro, cooked at the Highland County Jail, served at Webster Elementary and baby set for many years.
On May 3, 1952, Mildred was united in marriage to Joseph M. Frump who survives. She is also survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sharon Kay and Bruce Fugate of Wilmington, OH., two grandsons, David Fugate and Matthew Fugate both of Wilmington, OH., nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at the Samantha Friends Church.
Randy Lewis will officiate with burial following in the Union Chapel Cemetery near Belfast, OH.
Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday, September 8, 2008 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro and from 10:00 A.M. until service time at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the Samantha Friends Church.
