He was born in Dayton, OH on April 10, 1943, the son of the late Albert Harold Copas and Jeannette R. Collins.
Millard survived by his wife Mary Copas, daughters, Cindy Montgomery of Carmel, CA, Teri Copas of Marina, CA, Veronica Yanez of Burke, VA and Jeannette Copas of Las Vegas, NV, and brother, Gordon Copas of Oakland, CA.
Graveside Services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at the Freeland Hollow Cemetery in Adams County, Ohio.
