Minnis Sibrel

Minnis Sibrel, 87 years of Hillsboro, died Saturday, October 5, 2002 at his residence.

He was born in Adams County, Ohio on December 8, 1914 the son of Oscar and Mae Doss Sibrel.

He was a member of the Hillsboro Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses, retired in 1979 from Cincinnati Milacron in Wilmington after 28 years of service, and was a farmer.

Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Donna Wilson.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Margaret Davis Sibrel who he married on October 31, 1938, one son, William ''Bill'' Sibrel of Hillsboro, two daughters, Margaret Mary Helfrich of Scottsdale, Arizona, Ruth Wood of Hillsboro, six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2002 at 11:00 AM at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with John Dobbins speaking. Burial will follow in the Sugartree Ridge Cemetery.

Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 PM at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
