Montie D. Bruce, 51 years of Latham, died Sunday, April 5, 2009 at Lewisburg, Ohio.
He was born at Dayton, Ohio on May 13, 1957 the son of the late Harry E. Bruce and Joy Chrisman Bruce of Lewisburg, Ohio
Beside his father he was preceded in death by one brother Ronald Bruce.
Beside his mother, he is survived by his wife Kimberly Lowe Bruce whom he married on February 11, 1978, one son Patrick Bruce of Latham, two daughters and son in law Monica and Sean Humphrey of Peebles, Heather Penwell of Latham, one brother and sister-in-law, Dwaine and Cathy Bruce of Dayton, one sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and Jerry Hutzelman of Lewisburg, four grandchildren Sean Humphrey Jr., Jodi Humphrey, Destiny Penwell and Elissa Newsome and nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Services will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring, Ohio with burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 12:00 noon till service time at 2:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
